Congratulations on Completing
Your JOY Quiz
Read through your full results below to find your strengths, your focus area, what you can do today and your next steps in building a more joyful and abundant life.
My guess is that you have a busy mind - one that’s constantly ‘on’.
You have a full life, with plenty of responsibility at work and at home. Your mind is busy remembering, planning and thinking ahead. Sometimes that turns into worrying, replaying conversations or imagining worst-case scenarios.
No wonder it can be hard to switch off and feel mentally rested.
How you think influences how you feel. How you feel influences the decisions you make and the actions you take. When your mind is always imagining what could go wrong, that can affect how you experience your life.
Becoming the MASTER of your mind begins with noticing your thoughts and questioning them. You can learn to use your mind to find solutions, create possibilities and bring more CALM into your everyday life.
Your score is a snapshot of where you are today. It’s an invitation to give your peace of mind some attention.
-
Take five quiet minutes. Choose one thought that keeps coming back and write down your answers:
What am I thinking about most?
How is this thought making me feel?
What do I know to be true, and what am I imagining? Could I prove this thought in a court of law, or am I treating a possibility as a fact?
If I don’t know it’s true, what else could be true? How do I feel when I consider that?
If it is true, what is one action I could take to help myself?
Sometimes, seeing a thought on paper helps you realise you’ve been carrying a worry as though it has already happened. Other times, it helps you see something you can do next.
You don’t have to solve everything today. Start by giving yourself a little space between what you’re thinking and what you know.
Finish with a reminder: “I am not my thoughts, I am not my actions or lack thereof, and I deeply love and accept myself, just as I am.”

Health is our true wealth. Looking after your body helps you have the energy to enjoy the fun, adventure, romance and everyday moments that make you feel alive.
Think of your body as a car you want to drive every day for 80 years. You’d pay attention to the fuel, look after the engine, care for the bodywork and notice the little signs that something needs attention.
Your body deserves that same care.
But for so many women, it slips down the list. “I’ll have a proper lunch after this.” “I’ll rest when everything’s done.” “I’ll make that appointment next week.”
People rely on you at work and at home. But more importantly, YOU need you to experience the life you’re working so hard to create.
Your score is an invitation to bring your body’s needs back into the picture.
-
Take a quiet moment and, if it feels comfortable, close your eyes.
Slowly move your attention from the top of your head through your jaw, neck and shoulders. Notice your chest, arms, back and hips, then move down your legs to your toes.
What do you notice? Where are you holding tension? What might your body need today?
Choose one thing - an earlier night, a proper lunch, a walk or a break between commitments and put it in your diary for today. Treat it as a commitment to yourself.
You don’t need to change everything at once. Start by listening, then follow through on one thing.
Finish with a reminder: “I love and honour my body and myself.”

When my Mum died in 2016, after a decade of Alzheimer’s, it brought home to me that our time here is finite. I wrote in my diary: “In dying, my Mum gave me permission to live.”
Until that point, my life had been consumed by work, family and other people’s dreams and expectations of me.
I realised I’d become lost in my own life.
I made a pact with myself: I would put ME back in my life.
If that feels familiar - if you’re keeping everything moving but rarely making time to enjoy it, this is your invitation and permission to do the same.
-
Write a list of 5–10 things you love to do that bring you JOY. From reading to running, singing in the kitchen to catching up with a friend - you can’t get this list wrong. It’s your joy list.
Make a pact with yourself to do one thing from it every day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Choose your first one today.
Each time you make that space, you remind yourself that you matter, too. You get to feature in your own life.
Finish with a reminder: “I love the life I am living and the life I am creating.”

What gives you a reason to get up in the morning? This simple tool helps you explore what you love, what matters to you and where you feel a sense of purpose — a place to begin dreaming about what’s next.
ACCESS NOWChoose whichever speaks to where you are today. Give yourself permission to explore what YOU want from your life.
When was the last time you dared to dream?
You’re brilliant at helping other people move their lives and visions forward. But when someone asks what you want next, does your mind go blank?
Perhaps you’ve been so busy getting through the everyday that you haven’t had space to imagine the future. Perhaps you’re afraid to dream because you don’t want the disappointment of it not happening. Or maybe you feel guilty for wanting more when you already have so much.
I’ve felt all of these things, too.
But one of life’s greatest pleasures is using our imagination to explore what’s possible. To picture something that excites us and let ourselves enjoy the possibility of it coming true.
You can be grateful for the life you have and still dream about what comes next. You can want something deeply and know you’ll be okay if life unfolds differently - with trust that what’s meant for you will find you.
-
Finish this sentence without talking yourself out of it:
“If I gave myself permission to want something just for me, this is what I would want to have, experience or be…”
Write down your answer, just for the fun of it!
You don’t need to turn it into a goal, hold yourself accountable or work out the whole plan today. Give yourself permission to admit what you want and enjoy imagining it.
Finish with a reminder: “I love and believe in the power of my dreams and my ability to achieve them.”

Once upon a time, I said it would take a miracle for me to be happy again.
So when I am asked, do you believe in Magic, do you believe in Miracles, my answer is YES. Because not long after I declared it, I created a miracle. I found my ‘happy’ and then built multiple businesses and a life around JOY and love…
And this is when I realised that there was more to just life strategy, action and planning. And I found magic in following my curiosity in to the world of energetics, frequency, spirituality, quantum physics and manifestation.
And it all started with a simple decision to trust in my inner magic, my inner voice, my ‘spirit’ and my powers of intuition
When you spend your days responding to what everyone else needs, it can be hard to hear your own inner knowing. You might find yourself making the sensible choice, doing what’s expected, and dismissing the little nudge that says, “not that way , this way! ”
For Ali, MAGIC begins with trusting that nudge and making room for possibility again and to recognising for the magic withing It was there all along.
-
Before you say yes to the next request, pause and ask yourself: “Do I actually want to do this?”
Notice your first answer before you start explaining it away. You don’t have to act on every instinct. Start by listening to yourself.
Finish with a reminder: “I honour, listen and trust myself.”
