You recognise and agree that nobody and nothing part of the ALI MORTIMER brand has made any implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future results or earnings, or life changes, transformations, health improvements with respect to your purchase of her programs, courses, trainings, masterclasses, mastercourses, or coaching, and that we have not authorised any such implication, promise, or representation by others. There are no guarantees of results or future earnings or life changes.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR GUARANTEES FOR ANY ONLINE COURSE OR LIVE PROGRAMME, MASTERMIND OR MEMBERSHIP.
BY MAKING PAYMENT YOU ARE COMMITTED FOR THE FULL CONTRACT OR PAYMENT PLAN (this is 12 monthly instalments for both The Love Club & DEVOTED Mastermind - this is not a subscription membership)

Confidentiality
You understand that all conversations and materials shared within any course material provided is considered “Confidential Information,” as well as the methods and direct questioning used during Calls, all materials provided by Ali Mortimer and used pursuant to the Services are Confidential and proprietary in nature and other than for Client’s personal use, there is no grant from Ali Mortimer to You of any future right to use these materials or processes in any way without express training, written permission, and licensing from Ali Mortimer.
In addition, all other information shared by other participants during Sessions shall be considered Confidential, and not shared with others without express permission. Breach of the duty of confidentiality shall be considered a material breach, and We may seek full damages, accordingly.
NO RESALE OF SERVICES PERMITTED
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service (including Session materials).
NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ALI MORTIMER brand name and all other copyrighted, trademarked, and original or proprietary materials provided to You from Ali shall be ALIMORTIMER IP”. The ALIMORTIMER IP is provided for Your individual use only and shall be considered a single-user license. You are not authorised to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from Us electronically or otherwise without Our express prior written consent. No license to sell or distribute ALIMORTIMER IP or materials is granted or implied.
